My boyfriend will be holding his exhibit three days from now. It’s why I have checked the status of my order earlier to make sure that the dress will get here in time. In short, I was worrying for nothing. By the way, I apologize to the agent who answered my call; I left her without notice and I was not able to get back right away because I was trying on the dress. Hi, I have found a dress from your in-stock category at a sale price, CDCi001. But a day after, I received an email confirming my order and an email that my order is on-hold because of a wrong shipping method; I wonder why because it says that the dress was for immediate shipping so I have chosen overnight. Late afternoon, I sent an email at order desk asking why, I was amazed how fast you replied to my email. I sent my email 5pm and I got your reply at 8 pm containing an explanation that overnight shipping is applicable to US customers only. And that I need to change shipping to UPS International Express. My bad! I should have read your shipping policy carefully but that wasn’t a problem at all because I really like the dress so much and I am willing to pay just to have it. The last email I received from The Rose after I changed my shipping was an update that my order has been shipped out from their warehouse. Fantastic! The company’s method wasn’t complicated at all as long as you follow what they’ve advised you to do. Thanks for fixing things for me.
